Shipping transit times will depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. If you need to receive your wristbands by a specific date, please contact Customer Care 1-844-266-3044 for help in choosing the right shipping method or rush options to get it there on time!



Yes, we offer UPS next day delivery throughout standard shipping routes in North America. Usually orders shipping outside of North America will require at 3-4 business day transit time.



UPS does offer Saturday deliveries to specific zones, unfortunately we do not have control over which zones they choose. We recommend you contact us to find out if Saturday delivery service is available for your area.



Stock Tyvek wristbands are sequentially numbered. Stock Plastic wristbands and Vinyl wristbands are not. Custom numbering is a FREE optional service. If you require numbering, select the numbering option at the time of placing your order online. Numbering your wristbands will require 2-3 business days to complete.



Our wristband products and customization features undergo stringent solution testing and have proven to withstand normal wear/usage in all wet environments. *excluding our new Genesis Biodegradable line which is not recommended for wet environments.



Our wristbands and most products come in standard package sizes of 100, and 500 count. There is no minimum order for the amount of packages in their pre-set quantities required.



Both our Tyvek wristbands and Synthetic Plastic snap wristbands are recyclable . Please visit http://recycletyvek.wm.com/home.cfm for more information on how to recycle your Tyvek wristbands. Plastic wristbands can be disposed in your recycling box or dropped off at your nearest recycling depot.



Yes, SSL protocol to encrypt your order payment details. When you begin placing your order online, you will notice a small lock icon appear in either your browser’s address bar or bottom status bar. It is completely safe to use your credit cards or Pay Pal account to make purchases at our store. Our store conforms to the PCI Security Standards, meaning your credit card details always remain secure and it is never stored on file.



We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing/manufacturing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
